The reed contact for rolling doors is mounted mainly on rolling, sliding and tilting doors. The contact housing is mounted on the ground (a flat support surface is required). Only screws made of anti-magnetic material are allowed to be used for mounting. Due to the weatherproof and mechanically stable design of the contact housing, the circuit is largely protected against damage when rubber-tired vehicles drive over it. The 4-wire cable is protected by a plastic-coated metal hose.
